We are located on the Easterly side of Route 16 approximately 1 mile South of Chocorua Village.

From the South – Travel Route 16 North past the traffic lights at the junction of Route 16 and Route 25 West (where McDonalds and the Yankee Smoke House are located). Pass the State Police Barracks and White Lake State Park on your left, then the road broadens out to 4 lanes for 1 mile. As the road narrows down to 2 lanes you will soon see our sign at the edge of the road on your right across the road from Granite State Self Storage.

From the West and Route 93, follow Route 104 (exit 23) East to Route 3 in Meredith. Turn left on Route 3 down the hill to Route 25 East (Lake Winnipesaukee will be on your right). Follow Route 25 approximately 20 miles to its intersection with Route 16 in West Ossipee (Yankee Smoke House will be on your right). Turn left and follow above directions.

From Portland, Maine, take Route 25 West to Route 16 North and continue as above.

From Conway proceed South on Route 16 past Chocorua Lake and through the yellow blinker in Chocorua Village. Continue on approximately 1 mile past Newell Interiors on your left. Soon you will see our sign on your left.
